Marsala: Color Pantone 2015

El Color pantone para este año 2015 que acabamos de estrenar es el color Marsala.
Según Leatrice Eiseman, directora ejecutiva del instituto Pantone Color:
"El color Marsala enriquece nuesra mente, cuerpo y alma, exudando confianza y estabilidad. Marsala es un tono sutilmente seductor, uno que nos atrae a su calidez".

El color Marsala es un color marrón rojizo que simboliza principalmente los colores de la tierra aunque también se dice que pertenece al color del vino, que también es un producto que procede de la tierra.
Marsala es un color que se adapta a cualquier situación y lo podemos incluir tanto en un outfit como en decoración, es apto tanto para mujeres como para hombres y se adapta a ropa como a los accesorios. Ya hemos visto en algunas revistas los pinta uñas o pintalabios en color Marsala y realmente son muy favorecedores a cualquier tipo de piel.
En decoración lo podemos ver igualmente en diferentes situaciones en pintura de pared o en cojines que aportan gran calidez al total. En acabado mate resalta su naturaleza orgánica y en acabado brillo da un toque de lujo y glamour muy sofisticado.

El apartamento de Olivia Pope en Scandal

Ahora que la nueva temporada está en plena ebullición, estoy todas las semanas enganchada a Cuatro.
Supongo que a nadie le deja indiferente esta serie, y me uno a todas las que se volverían locas por entrar en el vestidor de Liv y ponernos sus estupendos trajes con esos abrigos tan chic.
   No puedo esperar a ver cómo se desarrolla la historia de amor entre Olivia y Fitz, o la tensión que hay entre Olivia y Mellie. En estos momentos es una de las mejores tramas que hay en televisión, (sin contar con  el simpatiquísimo Castle, aunque de esto podemos hablar en otro post).

Y hablando de la decoración, no he podido dejar de fijarme en los decorados en los que se mueve nuestra protagonista, su apartamento y su despacho, tan elegantes como elle misma. Al igual que la misma Olivia, con pantalones de crepe blancos, camisas de seda en tonos neutros y sus gabardinas clásicas, su apartamento es muy femenino, elegante y atemporal, con una paleta de colores neutros atenuados con algún ligero toque de color, generalmente en azul. Y aunque todo es de gran calidad, nada es pretencioso o está fuera de lugar y se ve muy cómodo. Porque al final de esos largos días de trabajo como jefa de los "gladiadores trajeados" lo mejor es volver a casa y sentarse con una copa de vino tinto a pensar en su complicada vida.

Now that the new season is in full swing, I'm all hooked up to Scandal every week.
I guess that leaves no one indifferent to this series, and I join all those who would go crazy to get into the walk in closet of Liv and get their great outfits with these chic coats.
    I can not wait to see how the love story between Olivia and Fitz, or the tension between Olivia and Mellie develops. Right now is one of the best frames there on television (without the brilliant Castle, but we can talk about this in another post).

Speaking of decoration, I could not help noticing the scenery in which our hero, his apartment and his office as stylish as misma. The same as Olivia it with white crepe pants, silk shirts moves in neutral colors and classic trench coat, his apartment is very feminine, elegant and timeless, with a neutral color palette attenuated with some hint of color, usually blue. And although everything is of great quality, nothing pretentious or out of place and looks very comfortable. Because at the end of those long days working as head of the "gladiators in suits" they better come home and sit with a glass of red wine to think about his complicated life.

Big Bang Theory

   Una de mis series favoritas es Big Bang Theory, por eso he querido compartir con vosotros el decorado que más me gusta, la casa de Bernadette y Howard.
   El apartamento tiene una imagen muy neutra donde predominan los tonos beige, pero la gracia la da el color azul de las paredes en todo el apartamento con algunos complementos también en azul y en naranja.
En mi opinión es el set de rodaje con mejor gusto, y el punto más destacado es la mesa Noguchi que aparece en esta foto en primer plano.
   Para dar este aspecto tan neutro, uno de los matices más importantes es utilizar mucha madera en color natural, como en los marcos de los cuadros o en la estantería del salón.
   Hay que destacar también el cabecero capitoné de la cama, tan clásico como idóneo en este ambiente.
Sin recargar se puede conseguir una imagen muy limpia en este bonito apartamento.

One of my favorite soaps is Big Bang Theory, so I wanted to share with you the shoot of the set that I like most, the home of Bernadette and Howard.
    The apartment has a very neutral image where the beige tones predominate, but the spark is given by the blue color of the walls throughout the apartment with some additions also in blue and orange.
In my opinion the film set with better taste, and the highlight is the Noguchi table shown in this photo in the foreground.

Para este año, la casa pantone ha elegido el color Radiant Orchid como color del año, un tono muy cálido y llamativo,que seguro llenará nuestras vidas de alegría para este año.

Estantería expedit

   Leyendo el blog de Antioquia-Interiorismo, me gustó el post 5 formas de usar una estantería expedit
así que hoy os ofrezco mi estantería, la cual uso como mueble de televisión renovado.
Entre las dos librerías de pino que compré en Becara, he colocado la librería expedit a la que he hecho unos cambios.
El primero y más significativo es la capa de pintura que le apliqué para darle un toque rozado y que hiciera juego con los otros muebles. El color original es el haya, y con esta base apliqué una capa marrón, no muy oscuro, para darle un toque natural. Luego di otra capa, blanca, pero esta vez tratando que las pinceladas no estuvieran terminadas o definidas para que se viera el color marrón debajo.
El segundo cambio es que quité las baldas de la parte superior, así que dejé el espacio justo para que el televisor entrara, lo que demuestra lo versátil que pueden llegar a ser estos muebles.
Por último como todo el conjunto de los muebles no tiene trasera, decidí dar a la pared un toque de color y que se viera a través de los huecos de las librerías.

The second change is that I removed the shelves from the top, so I stopped just to enter the TV space , demonstrating how versatile can become this furniture .

Dulces sueños

  Como mi peque tiene ya casi 3 meses, he realizado el cambio del moisés a la cuna y aunque todavía duerme en mi habitación he querido darle un rincón adecuado para un bebé. Últimamente se suelen llevar las habitaciones de niños en blanco , y es verdad que es el gran básico para luego poder colocar los complementos que se deseen en el color que se quiera, pero en este caso he escogido una cuna de color madera natural al que también le van muchos tonos sobre todo los colores pastel, que son tan aptos para los peques de la casa. Mi intención ha sido hacer un lugar cálido y relajante, ideal para los momentos de descanso, por eso es importante una buena elección de los colores y las texturas. Las texturas muy suaves como es el caso de la seda de la funda nórdica y la almohada y el algodón de otros complementos como los cojines o la butaca. En cuanto a los colores, siempre me guata elegir un color básico: blanco o beige, y añadirle otros colores que den personalidad al conjunto, y para eso he elegido un lavanda.

Very smooth textures such as silk duvet cover and pillowcase and other items such as cotton pads or armchair. For colors, I always wadding choose a basic color: white or sand,  and add other colors that give personality to the whole, and this time I have chosen lavender.
