Vivac Gervasutti

   Esta semana he leído en HOLA! un pequeño apunte sobre un pequeño refugio de montaña, "Vivac gervasutti" tan fuera de lo normal que ha merecido un espacio en este blog. Situado en la cordillera de Mont Blanc, más concretamente en una cornisa del glaciar Freboudze en Courmayeur de Aosta (Italia).
   Y es que la envidia me corroe cuando pienso en la afortunada persona que es capaz de ver el mundo aproximadamente a unos 2800 metros de altitud, en un refugio de alta tecnología.
   En 2011 se instaló esta nueva estructura en sustitución de la antigua y consta 30 metros cuadrados de espacio para dormir 12 personas, un comedor con impresionantes vistas, está conectado con el valle permanentemente con wifi y la energía que necesita la consigue con placas solares situadas en el techo de la estructura.

   This week I read in HELLO! a small note on a small mountain retreat "Vivac Gervasutti" as different than normal which has earned a place in this blog. Located in the foothills of Mont Blanc, more specifically on a ledge of the glacier Fréboudze in Courmayeur Aosta (Italy).
   And that is the envy rots me when I think of the lucky person who is able to see the world around about 2800 meters of altitude, in a haven of high technology.
   In 2011 this new structure was installed to replace the old and has 30 square meters of space to sleep 12 people, a dining room with stunning views, is permanently connected to the valley with wifi and takes energy with solar panels get placed in the roof of the structure.
   Just some good photos can make you look the impression I got to see it in the magazine.

El apartamento de Olivia Pope en Scandal

Ahora que la nueva temporada está en plena ebullición, estoy todas las semanas enganchada a Cuatro.
Supongo que a nadie le deja indiferente esta serie, y me uno a todas las que se volverían locas por entrar en el vestidor de Liv y ponernos sus estupendos trajes con esos abrigos tan chic.
   No puedo esperar a ver cómo se desarrolla la historia de amor entre Olivia y Fitz, o la tensión que hay entre Olivia y Mellie. En estos momentos es una de las mejores tramas que hay en televisión, (sin contar con  el simpatiquísimo Castle, aunque de esto podemos hablar en otro post).

Y hablando de la decoración, no he podido dejar de fijarme en los decorados en los que se mueve nuestra protagonista, su apartamento y su despacho, tan elegantes como elle misma. Al igual que la misma Olivia, con pantalones de crepe blancos, camisas de seda en tonos neutros y sus gabardinas clásicas, su apartamento es muy femenino, elegante y atemporal, con una paleta de colores neutros atenuados con algún ligero toque de color, generalmente en azul. Y aunque todo es de gran calidad, nada es pretencioso o está fuera de lugar y se ve muy cómodo. Porque al final de esos largos días de trabajo como jefa de los "gladiadores trajeados" lo mejor es volver a casa y sentarse con una copa de vino tinto a pensar en su complicada vida.

Now that the new season is in full swing, I'm all hooked up to Scandal every week.
I guess that leaves no one indifferent to this series, and I join all those who would go crazy to get into the walk in closet of Liv and get their great outfits with these chic coats.
    I can not wait to see how the love story between Olivia and Fitz, or the tension between Olivia and Mellie develops. Right now is one of the best frames there on television (without the brilliant Castle, but we can talk about this in another post).

Speaking of decoration, I could not help noticing the scenery in which our hero, his apartment and his office as stylish as misma. The same as Olivia it with white crepe pants, silk shirts moves in neutral colors and classic trench coat, his apartment is very feminine, elegant and timeless, with a neutral color palette attenuated with some hint of color, usually blue. And although everything is of great quality, nothing pretentious or out of place and looks very comfortable. Because at the end of those long days working as head of the "gladiators in suits" they better come home and sit with a glass of red wine to think about his complicated life.

Noche de brujas...Feliz Halloween!

...Y ya estamos de nuevo en otoño y con ello llega la noche de Halloween.
Terrorífico y espero que muy divertido para todos y en especial para los niños. Por eso este año, como ya soy madre, lo voy a celebrar y espero que mi peque también lo disfrute con otros niños, ya que en realidad son los únicos que se disfrazan.
Aquí os dejos una serie de ideas para que no os compliquéis y deis a vuestra casa ese aire misteriosos tan propio de esta fiesta.

...And it´s Autum again and with it comes Halloween.
Terrifying and hopefully fun for everyone and specially for children. So this year, as I am a new mother, I´m going to celebrate it and I hope that my baby too with other childrens, because they are the only one that are disguised.
Here I add a few ideas so you could decorate without complications and let your house to have a misteious air peculiar to this feast.

Big Bang Theory

   Una de mis series favoritas es Big Bang Theory, por eso he querido compartir con vosotros el decorado que más me gusta, la casa de Bernadette y Howard.
   El apartamento tiene una imagen muy neutra donde predominan los tonos beige, pero la gracia la da el color azul de las paredes en todo el apartamento con algunos complementos también en azul y en naranja.
En mi opinión es el set de rodaje con mejor gusto, y el punto más destacado es la mesa Noguchi que aparece en esta foto en primer plano.
   Para dar este aspecto tan neutro, uno de los matices más importantes es utilizar mucha madera en color natural, como en los marcos de los cuadros o en la estantería del salón.
   Hay que destacar también el cabecero capitoné de la cama, tan clásico como idóneo en este ambiente.
Sin recargar se puede conseguir una imagen muy limpia en este bonito apartamento.

One of my favorite soaps is Big Bang Theory, so I wanted to share with you the shoot of the set that I like most, the home of Bernadette and Howard.
    The apartment has a very neutral image where the beige tones predominate, but the spark is given by the blue color of the walls throughout the apartment with some additions also in blue and orange.
In my opinion the film set with better taste, and the highlight is the Noguchi table shown in this photo in the foreground.
    To this very neutral appearance, one of the most important is to use wooden shades in natural color, as in the picture frames on the shelf or salon.
    We must also mention the tufted headboard, as classic as suitable in this environment.
Without reloading can get a very clean image in this beautiful apartment.

Por fin es primavera...

   Recién estrenada la primavera y don deseos de que haga ya buen tiempo, vamos que en realidad está a la vuelta de la esquina.
Y no hay nada más primaveral y asociado al buen tiempo que estar en las terrazas, ya sea en el bar o en tu propia casa, bebiendo algo fresquito y tomando los primeros rayos de sol que ya calientan., eso sí, todavía muy abrigados, jeje... Pero qué bien sienta!
   Por eso hoy y recordando este fin de semana os traigo estas ideas para ir preparando ya los patios y las terrazas y...

   Spring is over again and we all have wishes of good time, ok, we are actually just on time.
And nothing is more associated with spring and good weather than to be in terraces, either at the bar or at home, sipping something cool and taking the first sunbath and heat. Yes, still with a lot of clothes, jeje ...
But feels good!
   So today and remembering this past weekend I bring these ideas to preparee our yards and terraces and...

Una boda con mucho estilo

 
 Este fin de semana, y agradeciendo el buen tiempo que ha hecho en Madrid, he tenido el placer de disfrutar de una gran boda en el campo y de saborear un estupendo cocktel al aire libre.
El lugar, Torremocha del Jarama y la finca "Casa de Oficios" un lugar idílico y muy especial para celebrar cualquier evento. El catering "El Laurel de Elena y Lola" que además de una comida riquísima se encargan de decorar con mucho estilo.
Un toque muy bonito es la decoración con las balas de paja con detalles vintage para que los invitados encuentren su mesa, las listas por mesa estaban dentro de los marcos en blanco y como complemento añadieron una jaulas, ramos de flores y maletas antiguas. Todo muy chic.
Los centros de mesa eran muy bonitos, en dos tamaños, altos y bajos para no marcar mucho visualmente, la verdad es que esto llevo tiempo viéndolo y siempre me gusta mucho. Un extra el centro de chucherías que ponen en la mesa infantil, en esta ocasión muy bonito el detalle del carro con nubes.
La verdad es que todo con muy buen gusto y de la mano de personas tan detallistas, la boda que tienes es la boda soñada.

This weekend , and thanking the good weather in Madrid, I had the pleasure of enjoying a country wedding and taste a great cocktail outdoors.
The place, Torremocha del Jarama and the estate "Casa de oficios" an idyllic place to celebrate any special event. The catering "El Laurel de Elena y Lola" in addition to a lovely meal in charge of decorating with style.
A very nice touch is the decoration with bales of straw with vintage details for guests to find their table by table lists were inside blank frames and added a supplement crates, bouquets and old suitcases. All very chic.
The centerpieces were very pretty , in two sizes , high and low to not score much visually , the truth is that I saw this style other times and I like always . An extra goodies center child laying on the table in this very nice used car with detailed clouds .
The truth is, all tastefully and people holding hands as retailers, the wedding you have is your dream wedding .
